Parish Clerk

My name is Kelly Pickard and I am the Clerk for Swanton Morley Parish Council. I began working for the Parish Council in 2017 as the Administrative Assistant, and in March 2019, I stepped into the Clerk’s position.

I adore our Village which has resulted in my family deciding to settle here! I am extremely keen to promote community spirit, making Swanton Morley a warm and friendly place to live.

I am always interested in hearing the views of our Parishioners and will endeavour to help you as much as I can.
