Knowing who to contact to get help in an emergency can save lives.

Police - Call 999 in an emergency.

In non-emergencies, call 101 or contact Norfolk Police online

Fire - Call 999 in an emergency

In non-emergencies contact Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service online

 

Ambulance or emergency medical help

Call 999 for life-threatening emergencies - like serious road traffic accidents, strokes and heart attacks.

To get urgent medical help or advice in a non-life-threatening emergency, call 111 or go to 111.nhs.uk

 

Flooding - If you are in immediate danger, call 999.

In non-emergency situations, call the Flooding Hotline on 0344 800 8013 or report flooding online 

 

Gas Leak - If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

 

Power cut - Call 105 or report and track a power cut on the UK Power Networks website
